I sure hope that you are able to track the perp, and punish him or her. It’s a clear violation to what this site is all about.
I hope that it does not sway those that have a desire to engage with a special someone in Russia, from following their dreams.
the person is narrow-minded, and clearly does not need any attention. It was just a clear attempt to rile things up, Only a closed-minded person whould have the guts to do something so cruel and abusive.
